Our Story

Ancient ingredients. Modern hands.

ARALI began in our kitchen.

Indika grew up in Sri Lanka, where tea is poured into small glasses and shared on verandas as the day slows down. Aparna grew up in India, where Ayurveda taught that what you drink shapes how you feel, sleep, and think.

When we married, two traditions met over one cup. And we noticed something was missing from the shelves.

The problem we kept running into

Modern wellness had lost the ritual.

The products felt loud. Synthetic. Disconnected from anything our grandmothers would have recognized. Powders that promised everything and tasted like nothing. We wanted the opposite: real herbs, real roots, real flowers, prepared the slow way, the way they were meant to be.

So we started making our own.

Three blends, three states of the day

  • PRANA for the morning. Gotu kola for calm, caffeine-free clarity.
  • AGNI for the afternoon. Ceylon chai to ground the shift from work to rest.
  • NIDRA for the night. Butterfly pea and ashwagandha to actually wind down.

One for each part of the day. We made them for ourselves first. Then for our friends. Now for you.

Handmade, in small batches

Every ARALI blend is mixed by hand in our home kitchen in Tulsa, Oklahoma. No factory. No private label. No shortcuts. We measure, blend, and pack each pouch ourselves, the same way we make it for our own cups every day.

That's also our limit, and our promise. Small batches mean we can't make thousands at once. It means every pouch that reaches you actually passed through our hands.

Sri Lanka × India

ARALI is what happens when two cultures fall in love and decide ritual is worth protecting. Ceylon tea from Indika's island. Ayurvedic wisdom from Aparna's homeland. Brought together, by hand, for the rhythm of your day.

Ritual, restored.
